i dunno about you, but i'm pretty done with turkey for now. then again, i just saw citymama's interesting turkey jook recipe and am curious enough to think about trying it this weekend.

Mmm. . that jook does sound really good. My family's traditional after-Thanksgiving meal is always hot turkey sandwiches with gravy & homemade fries.
I've been making lots of hot & spicy Korean food to counterbalance all that bland turkey and mashed potatoes, though. Today I made kimchi, khakduki (sp?), & bimbimbap! Turkey's good and all, but we need our spice around here. ;-P
